How and when did you discover yoga?
I discovered Yoga at the very tail end of 2009 and had my first experience in April 2010. It is quite a tale of how I discovered it—one of those meant to be kind of moments. Yoga was something I knew nothing about but felt a calling to.
What yoga teachers have influenced you?
My influence comes from many places:
Patanjali [author of the Yoga Sutra] and Sivananda [Hindu spiritual teacher]
Sacred texts from various religions (the Bible, Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita)
There is no greater teacher than Life! Life continues to teach and to guide my journey.
What is the most rewarding part of being a yoga teacher?
The most rewarding part is the hope that this may help someone in some way as it has helped me.
What can students expect from your classes?
When experiencing Yoga with me, you can expect a lot of attention on the moment, on life, and on breath. There will be light, gentle, transformative, functional movements plus Motivation and Inspiration.

Savasana [final relaxation, or corpse pose] - it’s unlike any other experience on Earth.
What is your favorite quote?
